This is the Whole Wheat version of our High Extraction Bread Flour, created from the same wheat blend. Milled to a fine consistency, with medium sized bran flakes left intact. It’s significantly darker than High Extraction bread flour, due to the higher bran content. Very flavorful!
Used for: Breads, other applications where a flavorful whole wheat flour is desired
Grains: Blend of Hard Red Winter and Hard Red Spring wheat, carefully designed for bread baking.

We provide local delivery to Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, weekdays: Monday through Friday. For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:30pm.
For example: orders placed between 1:30pm on Friday and 1:29pm on Monday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between 1:30pm on Monday and 1:29pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Return Empty Containers
If the product came in a returnable container, such as a glass jar or a cloth bag, please return it by placing empty containers in the original delivery tote and we'll pick them up at your next delivery. We will wash and sanitize them for future reuse.
