Both are 100% whole grain, giving the pasta a high fiber content (25% Daily Value) and plenty of warm, nutty flavor. Bronze dies, used to cut and shape the dough, create a rough surface that allows sauces to cling, adding even more flavor. Our fusilli tastes great with just plain butter and salt.
