Featuring turmeric, cumin, and coriander for earthiness; salt, garlic, and ginger for a wide, flavorful base; Byadgi Chillies for a dynamic kick and added aroma and brightness; amchur for tartness; black cardamom and Sirārakhong Hāthei Chillies for smokiness; jaggery for sweetness; and cinnamon, green cardamom, fenugreek leaves, and saffron for richness. The spices are blended, and any added heat or fire will wake up those flavors and let them fully absorb into your dish.

We provide local delivery to Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, weekdays: Monday through Friday. For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:30pm.
For example: orders placed between 1:30pm on Friday and 1:29pm on Monday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between 1:30pm on Monday and 1:29pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Return Empty Containers
If the product came in a returnable container, such as a glass jar or a cloth bag, please return it by placing empty containers in the original delivery tote and we'll pick them up at your next delivery. We will wash and sanitize them for future reuse.
